Obama Volunteer Reunion Luncheon

Do you miss all the people you met during the campaign season? If so, please join us for the first of monthly luncheons. We will meet at 11:30 a.m. at the Burkey Family Restaurant 670 Shiloh Springs Rd. near Hara Arena. We will meet the second Saturday of each month. “General” Paul hopes to see you there on December 13, 2008.

The club provides meat and drinks, we ask you to bring a side dish or dessert. Feel free to participate in our gift exchange limit $5 bring a gift which is not gender specific. We also ask for a can food donation for the local food bank. We hope you will join us.

Obama Wins - Headlines From Around Country

Obama won the popular vote here in Trotwood by a large margin!
He also won the popular and electoral vote in the great state of Ohio.

Our hats go off to all our democratic and independent friends here that volunteered in the coordinated effort to get out the vote. We also want to acknowledge Trotwood Democratic Club members Paul and Bonnie Schenk for donating their home which has operated as the local campaign coordination office for the past 12 weeks.

As we reflect on the greatness of this victory for our country we hope that all of you that stepped up in this monumental effort will continue to participate. You are all welcome to attend our monthly club meetings and we hope you will consider joining the club.
