Roland Winburn was sworn in on Janurary 6th as the new 4oth District Representative. Winburn will represent Trotwood, Huber Heights, and Harrison Township in the Ohio House. Winburn is the successor to Representative Fred Strahorn who was term-limited out of the position. His official ceremoy was in Columbus. Winburn and his lovely wife, Iris Winburn, hosted a reception on Janurary 9th where Judge Francis McGree swore Winburn in as his friends, family and supports watched.
